Lightweight Jackets
Depending on where you live, the sun is shining but, regardless, at dusk it gets brisk! It doesn't call for a full coat just yet and a light sweater jacket may leave you wanting...the answer is a lightweight jacket that you can wear all day and evening, and not look crazy!

ORLEBAR BROWN - very European (sit in the lobby of Marriott International and watch all of the overseas guys flow thru...). It offers some insulation and good for short jaunts outside and works well with a suit jacket

BONOBOS - this is a mix between jacket and shirt but Japanese wool is notorious for being light but effective, and really the color (dried rose) is almost perfect and such an elevated neutral...

APC - it's a chore coat and if you know that chore coats are meant to be an interchangeable but slightly more outdoor version of a blazer then you'll love the APC version. Other than the Loro Piana version (think Billions), getting one with minimal pockets makes it more wearable for weekends, work, date night, and travel!

RL PURPLE LABEL - just in case you wanted to channel your inner 'Bad Bunny', this is it...

BELSTAFF - very 007 on a motorcycle look! More edgy, curated casual with a touch of quiet money

BILLY REID - if a peacoat and a trench coat had a baby, this would be it! Pretty hard to find a scenario where you couldn't wear this...

THEORY - few things are more timeless than a peacoat...'nuff said

SUIT SUPPLY - a field jacket with a makeover to help it transition to winter. Nice color, good weight and will go into winter without missing a beat

RAG & BONE - this is THE our 44th wore and caused such a stir (except his was embroidered with "44" on it). Another classic and you would look 'presidential' I guess...

BARBOUR - you can't get more classic and suburban than this! The English brand has been around for ages for a reason... it covers a multitude of scenarios!

HERNO - they make winter jackets so this one will keep you warm (if you run hot run the other way). The only thing that makes this look less "ski jacket" like is that the placket has a slight cutaway...but it's ready for much cooler winds!

KAPTAIN SUNSHINE - a looser fit but a fairly dense material, this one has a 90s-ish vibe jut overall looks relaxed but pulled together

VINCE - slimmer fit, wool blend jacket that will make the quick walk from metro to work bearable but will also work nicely for weekends too (available in two colorways)
-

DUNHILL - this IS quiet luxury! It reads like a classic trench coat only shorter. The fit is ideal to go to work especially my Hillers and investment bankers but it doesn't have 'teeth' for weekend fun

RYE 51 - inspired by the classic jean jacket only amped up in suede! You could definitely do this for date nights and weekends but not for work unless you're under 30...
