I often find the clothes on this site to be shapeless and boring. But, this season they have a few pretty ones. Easy, casual summer dresses can be hard to find and this one (made from hemp and organic cotton) looks so comfy and love the waist detail at the back.

AG always makes such comfy clothes and I love the wash of this jacket and the softness (it has modal and lyocell in it). Plus it doesn't look overly boxy.

At a time of year when they like to push light, bright, cool colors at us, it's nice to see a pretty, slightly more muted color. Such a pretty blouse with a great 3/4 sleeve and v-neckline.

It can be hard to find a deep taupe pant in the spring/summer. This linen pant is beautiful albeit a bit higher priced.

I enjoy a wide leg jean and this one is on trend -- high rise, wide leg and a lighter wash. Plus it's super soft. It's mean to be worn long and you have a choice of two lengths.

The colors in this blouse are stunning and perfect for someone who likes slightly warmer colors (which can be hard to find in the spring/summer). It has a slight sheerness to it but not so much that you'll feel self conscious and it comes in regular, petite and plus sizes as well as a black/white combination if you prefer that.

In case you think only light, cool colors are available in the spring. This top does come in 7 other colors including a peach fuzz color and black/white polka dots, but this beautiful rich plum is also pretty. Love the slight ruching on the sleeves. Plus sizes only.

Bustiers are in, but most are very lacy and revealing. If you like the idea and want the feel of a bustier without exposing too much, this one is perfect. It's SO soft and has wider bra-friendly straps and covers the midriff.

Delicate pink is very in and can be a lovely alternative to white. This dress is so soft and pretty. Great for a summer wedding. Beautiful neckline, soft flutter sleeves and an a-line skirt.

White (not surprisingly) is in for the spring and this sweater is lovely. It runs a bit short (22" long) and also comes in petite. With the bit of a dropped shoulder it will look best on someone with a more square shoulder. It can droop a bit on narrow or sloped shoulders. It also comes in a pale blue.

White is very in and I love that this one is a soft white. Great denim jacket -- worn with the tie or without. Comes in regular and petite sizes.

I am not always a fan of big flowers on one's shoulder. They often overwhelm the outfit. But this dress is lovely (also comes in a pale rose). The neckline can be closed up a bit if it feels too low. Lovely for a special event.

I know this is a skirt and not trousers, but I love the ultra high rise waist (you could even add a belt over it) and this fun denim print (although it's not made of denim which would have made it very heavy). It also comes in black.

Really sleek cargo pants (you can't say that about all cargo pants) for tall women -- 35-37" inseam. Also comes in navy or beige.

I am not always a fan of cargo pants and rarely add them to my closet. Mostly because the pockets often sit right on my thighs adding more width! These pockets are a bit lower so might actually work. They come in 4 colors.

This dress has a ruched bodice so it doesn't just hang but follows the shape of the body. And the print keeps the drop waist from drawing all the focus there.

This is selling out. It's a pretty version of a drop waist dress but still will fit best on someone with a rectangular body shape.

This style or color certainly isn't for everyone, but it's an example of a drop waist dress that has shape and isn't just a box.

Super sheer skirts are very in, but probably best left to the very young women (or maybe that's just my bias) or worn combined with another short skirt so you don't feel quite as exposesd.

GrandpaCore -- one version of this look is a sweater vest over a collared shirt. This can be super cool looking like this woman or definitely veer towards frumpy. The safest way to wear a sweater vest these days (believe it or not) is by itself -- nothing underneath.

Instead of pedal pushers or capris, the trendier, youth-oriented stores call them 'ultra' cropped -- haha! These are also very low rise and look filthy so I'd recommend leaving them to the very young.

There's nothing wrong with this kitten heel except that it doesn't have the new curve that gives more stability.

Wow! This is quite a bow to carry off. A bit overwhelming in my opinion. You have to have very bold, dramatic inner beauty words to make this work.

Feels disjointed and like a weird combination of colors. I'd skip this.

These are called 'Good Luck' barrel leg jeans and I say...good luck.

Low rise skirts...you'll mostly find these at very trendy stores that cater to a very young clientele. The rest of us will probably skip this trend.
