If the bride is an autumn
Autumn's white is creamy but with a burnished twist, soft caffe latte, or a subtle hint of apricot.

C: I am speechless at the beauty of some of these dresses, can only come up with one little interesting point. See the difference between this dress and Jorunn's "apricot touch" in this group? Something more substantial in this colour, more bubbly in the other. Between the True warm Seasons (True Autumn and True Spring), for some colours, that can be the most obvious difference. The Autumn muting is not that obvious because warmth takes priority for both. They look very similar. Could a bride wear either? Sure, depending on the many other factors (hair colour, cosmetics for the day, flowers, family colours, etc.)

A bit of a Downton Abbey feel to this style, and the tarnished beige gives me definite autumn vibes. I let it sit here in TA section, but it could probably be tweaked into SA.

Creamy, with a golden touch. Lovely brown feel in the shadows created by the cutouts in the skirt.

Another one with an apricot touch. I can so imagine an autumn bride in this, bridal bouquet of orange and yellow ranunculus flowers... but I digress.

This is a lovely dress. The gentle beige in this has a definite autumn touch, though it may be alightly on the cool side, perhaps I should have stuck it in Soft Autumn?

A very white white is just as aging on a True Autumn as black, and usually to be avoided at all costs. But what if the TA bride really wants to have the whitest possible within her range? Are we looking at it here? I am divided. The fact that the dress is so close to the face does not make the matter easier.

Though shiny satin is not what I associate with autumn, a bridal gown should and could shine, and the ecru/beige tone in this is so lusciously autumn.

The fabric is nicely warmed by beige, abd then there is some coolness introduced in this gown, see the silvery sequins or pearls in the lace? I like that warm towards cool feel for a Soft Autumn.

Fabulous cascade of warm hazel/apricot thing going on in the shadows in the roses on the skirt.

Another summer/autumn fusion, the fluffy transparent layers really read "summer" to me, but the lovely beige bodice anchors it and brings some autumnal firmness into the dress.

The featherlight chiffon is really nice for summer, but the sturdyness of the lace tweaks it into SA, and the beige feel of the transparent panel helps with the autumn vibe. The model's pale skin makes the beige look even more beige, I suppose.

Ignore the bright white dress, look at the bouquet. Isn't it exquisitely autumnal?

Another Downton Abbey inspired look. True Autumn or Dark Autumn.

Lots of drama in this one. There must be a DA out there who will look stunning in this.

Do you have a feeling you have seen this before? Yes, I did put it in Soft Autumn, but I am including it here also. Just goes to show my indecisiveness. I think it is too cool for True Autumn at least. But perhas it is the shiny quality that makes me think of DA, as the other neutral autumn. It's a toss-up for me. Christine?

I see this beautiful ecru as a possibility for all autumns, not sure why I stuck it in Dark Autumn now that I look at it again. Soft Autumn would wear this well, a lighter TA also.

Dark Autumn. Could even be for a dark haired True Autumn.

I imagine the Dark Autumn bride with a bouquet of bird of paradise flowers, and also a more daring arrangement with flowers interspersed with chillipeppers of different hues, from orange to red...
