I own this dress and plan to wear it to our vow renewal party. It's a classic shirt dress silhouette but has an attached belted tie at the waist to add a little interest and make it even more tailored.

I own this dress and can vouch that it's the perfect Summer blue. It's the same dress as the red one and can be worn open, without the belt as a duster, buttoned without the belt, or belted. I like to roll the sleeves, pop the collar, and belt it to define my waist.
