4: Garment Love
I think it's important to make sure we are showing some love to what we've invested in when it comes to the lovely pieces in our wardrobes.
I'm sharing a roundup of my must-have items to make sure that my clothing stays and looks its best. I am so fortunate to be a member of a very well-connected, large stylist network - and they swear by these as well!
I'd love to know if you have any must-haves I've not included here. In a few weeks, I'll share my top items that are more styling related...
Have a great week!

Highly recommended...
Some items I link may earn a small commission which supports my business and help keep my rates lower.

Febreeze fabric refresher comes in a few different scents (and works for other fabrics in the house as well!).

I spray on jackets, knitwear etc. between washes. It looks like the "clothing" one is now discontinued, but this one also says works for all fabrics - clothing included.

f you've known or followed me for a while, you will know that we have kind of a quirky Christmas tradition that my husband started years ago where a festive skeleton he has named "Bloody Eyes" purchases me a lovely Christmas gift in exchange for me warming up to this skeleton (donning a Santa hat!) to be part of our holiday decor. Over the years, I've warmed more to Bloody Eyes as he is an extremely good gift giver! This Rowenta Steamer is one of the first gifts I received and I don't know how I ever lived without it! There are so many out there on the market. If you are looking for a larger stand up one, I'd recommend one with a flat back option like this as it is a little easier to get the wrinkles out. I find steaming allows my clothes to feel so much fresher and look so crisp.

If you don't want a full-size steamer - I've heard great things about this one from several stylists.

I think it is really important that stepping into our closets should have a boutique feel as much as possible. Uniform hangers is an easy way to get that vibe. I really love the velvet hangers as they are space saving and gentle on clothes. They are affordable and you can get them at so many stores. If you are slowly swapping out, I'd recommend just picking up a pack every time you are at Walmart, Costco etc. until you eventually have a full set.

While the velvet hangers are my go-to, I find that the wood ones can be better for heavier items like blazers, coats etc.

Helps keep your sneakers clean though in a pinch I do use a magic eraser!

I love having these mesh bags on hand for bras, bathing suits and overall delicate garments.

They sell this at most swimwear or lingerie shops. It's great for bathing suits and delicate fabrics.

So this isn't a necessity - but, if you have red wine drinkers in the home...it's a good one to have in a pinch. I once had someone spill a glass of red wine on me when I was wearing a new white top. I sopped it up with water and then a girlfriend zipped home and loaned me this. Incredibly, the stain completely disappeared!
