Shop Your Spoon Body Shape

BODY SHAPE: SPOON
The spoon body shape is characterized by smaller shoulder measurements and wider hips. The key difference between the spoon shape and the pear shape is that the waist is more undefined and a bit fuller. This gives the body more of a spoon shaped silhouette.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Narrow shoulders
Small/average bust
Curvy Waist
Wide hips
Shapely thighs
Smaller calves

The spoon body shape tends to be heavier in the waist and hip area of the body. They is to balance the top and bottom half of the body by adding volume to the top. You want to enhance your shoulders and bust.

The key is to de-emphasize your middle/bottom half and create more volume to the top to create a balanced silhouette.
