Feeling comfort from our innermost layer can be enough to give us some spring in our steps - I LOVE this Canadian brand company. So many comfortable undergarments to choose from. If you have a full chest, you will love not having the underwire while still having the support.

Block heels will continue to be very on trend this year - I love the texture and shade of these (and price). Cute with jeans and can be worn multi-season. Also come in black which would be a classic pair to have in the wardrobe in a modern style with a comfortable heel height.

Sometimes a simple purchase like a new makeup product and give us a little lift. This is my favourite mascara - gives so much volume and curl.

Statement earrings are very on trend and a quick, easy and affordable way to add some interest to an outfit. Great prices and selection at stores like H&M and Zara.

Belts are having a real style comeback - wear over a statement coat, a long blazer or cardigan, to add dimension to a dress - the possibilities are endless. I like the width and print of this one. Leopard is classic, serves as a neutral and continues to be very on trend.

This hand lotion was gifted to me recently and it is divine. You can find it at Kiss and Makeup in West Vancouver, but also available on line. Loving all this skin care line - and I am sensitive. The fragrance of this is heavenly and not too overpowering.
