such a sucker for ivory accents over white. makes shoes look a little bit more lived in and retro plus it makes them easier to match with stuff

Feminine

Mixing suede and a cozy light sweater into a spring look feels right lately. The high vamp shoe has taken the stage again this season and it makes any look feel updated. The bubble hem comes in all lengths and I personally love the shorter option. I like to balance the mini skirt/skort vibe with a t-shirt and flats. Styling shorter hems with a t-shirt makes me feel less exposed. I'm not comfortable in anything that feels overly sexy, so this feels safe and still sexy. The butter yellow color of the light cashmere sweater really ties the look together here. I was shocked, but it really works!

I'm gonna go ahead and say this look involves a lot of moods and I am here for all of them. Seeing a lot of wide leg floor length trousers with a more low profile sneaker (Euro and not chunky). Layering a cropped third layer over a t-shirt is a super cool styling option, which doesn't feel totally functional, but that's okay! It keeps things interesting and the t-shirt makes the trousers feel less corporate. The pop of red in a sneaker is my fav this spring and I am still very much into a colored lens on some sunnies.

I love jeans and a t-shirt and one way to change it up this season is to try a barrel jean or a railroad stripe (or both at the same time like these Gap jeans). Pairing them with a quilted jacket in a similar undertone is giving Canadian tuxedo, but make it boho. Finally, I kept the boho feel with wooden platforms (I would roll the jeans slightly to make the heels feel more casual and less aggressive-the white t-shirt helps).

Not everyone loves a mini skirt, so here is a midi bubble option that is equally as cool. When paired with a t-shirt it makes the skirt feel less girly. Too girly is always too much for me. These jellies are haunting me in a good way and I love that they come in black. It dresses them up a bit and makes it feel okay to wear them to a casual dinner. This Coach bag is really having a moment and rounding this outfit out nicely. Lastly, I love pairing ivory and white, so the sweater over the shoulders here is a nice accent.
